Review: Simon's Cat by Simon Tofield

Product Description
Simon Tofield's animations have taken YouTube by storm. Now, the feline Internet phenomenon makes his way onto the page in this first-ever book based on the popular animated series. SIMON'S CAT depicts and exaggerates the hilarious relationship between a man and his cat. The daily escapades of this adorable pet, which always involve demanding more food, and his exasperated but doting owner come to life through Tofield's charming and hilarious illustrations.

My Review:
As the back cover says, “Everyone knows a cat like Simon’s.” and its so true. I have two Simon’s cats of my own. Right on pages two and three are my cats to the tee, with one exception. Since I have two cats I have one on each side of me on the bed. I’m still squished on the edge of the bed but I have my girl cat, Bristol, keeping me from falling off and my boy cat, Rocko, keeping me from thinking I can stretch out on the rest of the bed. My husband says the cats put me in lockdown. LOL And no matter what kind of litter I use or how large a tracking mat I keep in front of the litter box they somehow manage to get litter all the way on the other side of the house. Cats are great!!

Tofield captured his mischievous cat perfectly and I can‘t wait for more videos on YouTube. This picture book is a definite must read for all cat lovers and I’m sure you’ll see your own cat on plenty of the pages.

Seems to be todays generation's version of Garfield... My kitty is pretty good about shaking her feet off before she walks through the rest of the house which is great because we have all hardwood floors and those little pieces hurt when stepped on!

I also have two cats and both of them are like Simon's cat. It's funny when you watch the episodes but sometimes in reality it's not that funny at all.
