Best-selling author and food expert Lisa Lillien, AKA Hungry Girl, has given her "seal of approval" to the new Fiber One yogurt, the only leading nonfat yogurt with 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber (20 percent of the Recommended Daily Value). It is also a good source of calcium and vitamins A and D, making this an all-around great choice for dieters and those watching their weights. Each cup includes the creamy, delicious taste you expect from Yoplait, and you don't have to feel guilty about enjoying it. Fiber One is available in a variety of flavors including, Strawberry, Peach, Vanilla and Key Lime Pie (see what Hungry Girl thinks about the new yogurt here!)
MyBlogSpark has given me a chance to recieve my own gift pack in exchange for the review below.
My review of the new Fiber One Yogurt:
I was really excited to participate in this giveaway because I've been dieting since August. So far I've lost about 20 lbs and went from busting out of my size 12 pants to fitting nicely into a size 8. The biggest challenge for me during this time has been food. I did the cookie diet for 2 1/2 months so I only had to worry about coming up with a healthy dinner. Now that I'm off the cookie diet finding the right balance between convenience and calories has been a struggle.
I've already used my nifty little cooler pack and cup. It's perfect to pack my lunch the night before and just grab and go in the morning. This saves me both money and calories when I don't have to make a fast food run at lunch and the new Fiber One yogurt is the perfect snack to satisfy my craving for something sweet while not feeling guilty about eating something yummy.
I used my coupon to buy strawberry yogurt and it was delicious. You can't tell it's only 50 calories and has all that fiber. It's just what I need to shake myself out of the boring diet rut.

I hate this diet secret - to cut down on carbs. It really works, but I love potatoes, pasta and rice. Done for too long a time, it's punishment, not a diet.

Well it's not really a secret but lots and lots of water really helps. not only on the weight part but for great skin! another great diet tip is Fuji apples, the sweetest apple I've ever tasted and dipped in vanilla yogurt...oh my, it's better than cake ;)
I usually eat oatmeal w/ blueberries in the morning. Yogurt & an apple for lunch. I love almonds and grapes eaten together as a snack. Then I eat what I want for dinner, within reason of course, no huge helpings.
Lots of water and at least a 1/2 hour walk daily.
Love this thread and am anxious to hear other tips.
Love & Hugs,
Pam

Its silly but to turn off the TV and have a nice dinner at the table. You can concentrate on eating and its easier to stop when you begin to get full. I got in the bad habit of eating while sitting on the couch watching TV its amazing how much more food you will eaT
